Title: IT Business Analyst
Location: Downtown Houston (fully onsite)
Duration: 5+ month contract
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holder, or Authorized to Work in the US

Job Summary:  A Senior Business Analyst plays a crucial role in helping organizations achieve their business goals by analyzing processes and identifying areas for improvement. They bridge the gap between technical teams and business departments to ensure that functional specifications meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Business Analysis:  Identify business needs of stakeholders and develop solutions for business problems.
• Data Gathering and Analysis:  Design and implement strategies for gathering, reviewing, and analyzing data requirements.
• Translate Business Needs:  Convert business needs into functional requirements and guide the design of technology solutions.
• Project Collaboration:  Work with managers and other staff to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Present Findings:  Present and explain findings to leadership.
• Documentation:  Track and document changes to functional and business specifications.
• Testing and Roll-Out:  Play a key role in the testing and roll-out of new software or technology solutions.
• Reporting:  Create detailed reports and give presentations to relevant stakeholders.
• Stay Updated:  Continuously stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
