AI/ML Compliance Architect

About this Featured Opportunity:

The Privacy/Compliance team is looking for a Compliance Architect to ensure that all systems adhere to regulatory and industry standards/requirements.

The Opportunity for You:

• Understand and translate the regulatory landscape into an operational system tailored for the organization.
• Ensure system architecture audibility and continuous compliance by embedding controls.
• Document and measure deliverables and provide compliance maturity assessments.
• Collaborate with engineering and legal teams.
• Understand and document the AI/ML systems landscape.
• Propose solutions to adhere to current regulations if any gaps are found in data governance, model management, lineage, and monitoring.

Key Success Factors:

• 10+ years of experience in data privacy, compliance, engineering, or related fields, with a strong background in data science, ML engineering, technical program management, or AI governance.
• Regulatory knowledge, including GDPR, EU AI Act, and CCPA.
• AI/ML knowledge with a deep understanding of machine learning models, data science practices, and MLOps.
• Security & Data Governance knowledge, including security protocols, data de-identification, and tokenization techniques.
• Ability to bridge legal requirements with technical implementations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and documentation skills.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with scripting/programming languages such as Python, C, or C++ is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
