I've achieved success with my accounts by building long-term relationships grounded in trust and close collaboration with internal teams. I leverage an extensive network of highly skilled professionals and take full advantage of the flexibility to work across multiple Fortune 100 accounts.
What has kept you at INSPYR Solutions over the years?
Simply put—it's the leadership, my colleagues, and the way we work together seamlessly and efficiently. Drive and work ethic are important, but they don’t produce the same results without the right team. I've had the opportunity to work with the same core group for over four years, and that consistency, shared goals, and mutual trust have driven explosive growth—both for the business and my own development. That kind of alignment is rare, and I’ve worked in other environments in the past that don’t value effort and solid teamwork.
What do you enjoy most about working here after all this time?
I enjoy the way my leadership allows me to do what I need to do to get the job done without being micro-managed. And I’ve definitely enjoyed the opportunity we have to work remotely giving the time and space to grind out and have an actual work-life balance.
How has the company culture shaped your experience?
Culture here has been for the most part pretty motivating. Staffing isn’t an easy business, but when you are surrounded with high performance and backed by people who genuinely want to see each other win, it makes it easier to go to work every day.
What’s been the most interesting part of your role?
The most interesting part of my role is working on innovative projects that align with professionals' passions. I enjoy presenting opportunities that excite candidates and support them in reaching their goals—while also achieving my own in the process. That combination of impact and personal growth keeps the role dynamic and fulfilling.
What makes your work here meaningful or motivating?
What makes my work meaningful is knowing that our success is directly tied to helping others succeed. By building out globally impactful technology teams, we're supporting the creation of products that have an impact worldwide. That sense of shared success and broader purpose is incredibly motivating.
Is there anything you’ve experienced here that stands out compared to past roles?
My direct management and colleagues have been undeniably driven, which has helped build a solid foundation for us to succeed as a group.
