INSPYR Solutions Names Andrew Anthony Vice President and Jake Renzo Director of Delivery

Andrew Anthony has been promoted from Senior Market Director of Charlotte to Vice President, Charlotte. Anthony began his career with the company in 2015 as a Market Manager and spent the past five years working tirelessly to build the Charlotte market. He has led the branch to new levels by hiring and developing the team and he has been instrumental in supporting the growth of the newly formed Infrastructure division. His efforts included spearheading a new office space buildout, which was completed earlier this year and will position the team for further growth.
Jake Renzo has been promoted from Delivery Manager to Director of Delivery, Charlotte. After starting his career with the company in 2015 as an Associate Recruiter, he worked his way up to become a top performing Account Manager. He later moved back to the delivery side to help lead the company’s recruiting efforts in the market. As a result of his success, Renzo now leads two teams, supporting both the IT and Infrastructure divisions. In his new role, he will supervise the team of recruiters and oversee the market recruiting and delivery efforts. His responsibilities will also include hiring, training, career development and best practices.

Harold Russell
Chief Operating Officer
Harold Russell serves as COO of INSPYR Solutions. He is a 23-year veteran of the technology solutions industry, having served most recently as Chief Operating Officer of ettain group. Under Harold’s leadership, the company grew from a $5M startup to a leading technology and talent services provider, eventually selling to Manpower Group for $925M in 2021.
In addition to leading seven successful acquisitions, Harold has a proven track record of driving operational efficiencies, cost synergies, and data analytics driven insights. He has a unique ability to balance the needs of the business, the customer, and the individual, while successfully managing complex acquisitions, integrations, and restructuring.
Harold wore many hats during his 23-year tenure with ettain group, including Operations Executive, Sales Executive, Managing Direct, Recruiter and everything in between. His experience and expertise have been instrumental in the company’s success and growth and now serve him well at INSPYR Solutions.
A graduate of University of Maine with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Harold is married with two boys and currently resides in Charlotte, NC. When he is not in the office, he can be found cheering for his boys on the baseball field.
Scott Forester
Chief Financial Officer
Scott serves as Chief Financial Officer for INSPYR Solutions. He joined the company in 2023, bringing a wealth of leadership and financial experience in the talent solutions and consulting sectors. As a key member of the company’s Leadership Team, Scott is pivotal to all financial decisions the company makes.
Prior to joining INSPYR Solutions, Scott served as Chief Operating Officer at Phaxis and held key leadership roles including Chief Financial Officer at ettain group. He has over two decades of experience in finance and accounting, as well as deep management experience.
Scott received his Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting, and his MBA from the University of Richmond Robins School of Business.
Trent Beekman
CEO
Trent Beekman serves as CEO of INSPYR Solutions. He joined INSPYR Solutions in 2023, bringing with him a deep experience in the IT staffing and Solutions space and a strong reputation for building high-performing companies.
Before joining the company, he had recently succeeded in building ettain group (now Experis®, a ManpowerGroup® company) from a $160 million regional business to a $725 million national provider of IT staffing and related solutions and was actively involved in the transaction with ManpowerGroup.
Prior to that, Trent was instrumental in building the MODIS business for Adecco, where he last served as operating President. He spent over 16 years with Adecco and its family of companies, demonstrating the strong work ethic for which he has become known.
Trent has over 20 years of experience in the staffing industry, along with extensive experience in leadership roles for large companies. In addition to his time as a leader with ettain group and Adecco, Trent also served as CEO of Teachers of Tomorrow, an organization that provides alternative certification for teachers.
Trent lives in Charlotte NC with his wife and two high school daughters.
Gregg Straus
Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Gregg Straus serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of INSPYR Solutions. He is a key member of the senior executive leadership team and provides insight and recommendations on both short-term and long-term growth plans. He is known for his uncompromising personal integrity, ethics, and solid leadership, and is responsible for all financial aspects of the company. Gregg oversees and provides strategic direction to the company’s finance organizations, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, and strategic development (M&A). He also leads the human resources, IT, and legal teams at INSPYR Solutions.
Gregg has over 25 years of financial and management experience and has held various leadership positions with public companies, mid-sized private companies, and “Big 4” public accounting firms. His roles have included Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Senior Vice President of Tax. Gregg earned both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from the University of Florida. He is a certified public accountant, member of the AICPA and FICPA, and resides in South Florida with his wife and two children.
Kip Wright Chairman Kip Wright serves as Chairman of INSPYR Solutions. Wright is a staffing industry veteran instrumental in shifting the landscape of the human capital industry. Known as a passionate leader with an innate ability to drive both growth and organizational efficiencies, Wright is responsible for all facets of executive strategy and leadership for the INSPYR Solutions organization. In his 26-year career, Wright has served in numerous leadership roles with public and private staffing and workforce solution companies. As Senior Vice President of Manpower, North America, he successfully led Manpower’s $2 billion contingent staffing line of business for the United States and Canada. Wright also served as Senior Vice President of ManpowerGroup Solutions in North America, which include service offerings of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Managed Services Provider (MSP) and Talent Based Outsourcing (TBO). Wright joined ManpowerGroup through the acquisition of COMSYS / TAPFIN where he served in several executive roles including Senior Vice President of Managed Solutions, Chief Financial Officer and President of TAPFIN. Wright began his career as an auditor with Ernst & Young. Considered a leader in the field of human capital and workforce fulfillment, Wright is the recipient of numerous awards. He is a five-time recipient of Staffing Industry Analysts’ “Staffing 100” award, recognizing the most influential leaders in the staffing industry. Under his direction, TAPFIN became the gold standard for contingent workforce management providers and was the largest global MSP for four years running. TAPFIN has also been recognized by Everest Group as the top performer in the MSP space for the last three years. Wright carries his business degree from Louisiana State University. He currently serves on the board of Genesys Talent and has participated on numerous other boards, including OnForce and Homemade Gourmet.
Cindy Bennett
VP of Merger Integration & Acquisitions
Cindy Bennett joined INSPYR Solutions as Vice President of People Management in 2019 before becoming Vice President of Merger Integration and Acquisitions. Leveraging her passion for talent management and development, she is responsible for all matters people and culture including employer brand, recruiting, and professional development. Cindy strives to implement innovative approaches to building a first-class employer brand and culture to attract, hire, develop, and retain ideal talent.
Prior to joining INSPYR Solutions, Cindy served in various leadership roles with ManpowerGroup including Director of Performance Optimization, National Director, and Managing Director – Enterprise Accounts Delivery. As Managing Director, she provided strategic direction and implementation for 13 of the company’s largest global accounts delivering IT, engineering, business professional, and marketing talent for clients in the technology, manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries, resulting in $570 million in revenue. Before joining ManpowerGroup, Cindy served in various roles of increasing responsibility, including Recruiting Manager and Business Specialist for COMSYS Information Technology Services, which was ultimately acquired by Manpower in 2010.
Milgrim Bello
Vice President of Strategic Marketing
Milgrim Bello has been in the marketing field for nearly 20 years. During this time, she has established a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, driving revenue growth, and leading high-performing teams. She has operated in the staffing industry since 2007, when she began working with staffing firms and moved into the technology and healthcare sectors.
She currently serves as the Vice President of Strategic Marketing at INSPYR Solutions, where she oversees the company’s strategic marketing initiatives. Her role includes corporate marketing and communications efforts such as branding, public/media relations, market research and analysis, content marketing, candidate and client education marketing, social/interactive marketing, social media, internal communications, change management, and event planning.
During her tenure with INSPYR Solutions, Milgrim has won the company’s Impact Award in 2016 and the Core Values Award in 2021 for excellent performance, dedication, and service. She has always been committed to her role of delivering impactful campaigns that align with business objectives and continues to work toward these goals.
Prior to joining INSPYR Solutions, Milgrim managed and led a highly successful marketing team within the staffing vertical. She holds a bachelor’s degree in international business from Rollins College and is actively involved in the Island Paws Rescue Charity, a non-profit organization committed to providing a better future for animals.
Emily Prno
Sr. Vice President of People
Emily Prno serves as Senior Vice President of People at INSPYR Solutions. She is a seasoned professional with a distinguished career in the staffing and sales industry with over 30 years of experience. She plays a pivotal role in the company’s internal recruiting, hiring processes, training and development, HR, and culture programs.
Emily's remarkable contributions and commitment to the company’s values have been recognized through two highly prestigious awards. In 2015, she received the Core Values Award, followed by the Founders Award in 2018, both of which reflect her significant impact on the company's culture and success.
Her versatility and adaptability are evident through her involvement in startup entities within the organization and her support for multiple brands and industries. Emily's educational background in business administration, combined with her experience as a collegiate athlete at Lewis University, underscores her well-rounded skill set and approach to her work. Anthony Sammartino
Chief Solutions Officer
Anthony Sammartino serves as Chief Solutions Officer of INSPYR Solutions and head of the company’s Professional Services Division. He is responsible for complementing the company’s staffing capabilities through dedicated services and establishing additional specialized practices to assist clients with the delivery of their most strategic initiatives. He has also overseen the establishment of partnerships with trusted software companies such as Microsoft, Tableau, Snowflake, Databricks, and UKG.
Anthony joined the company in 2010. Prior to his time with INSPYR Solutions, he gained experience in Microsoft Data Analytics technologies through his own consulting firm. He also worked as a consulting professional for a national firm, where he spearheaded numerous project engagements.
Anthony graduated from the University of Miami with a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP®) and a Microsoft Certified IT Professional in Data Analytics (MCITP).
Matt Eckert
Chief Revenue Officer
Matt Eckert joined INSPYR Solutions, a leading technology solutions company, as Executive Vice President of Business Development in 2014 and was later promoted to Chief Revenue Officer. As CRO, Matt is responsible for leading business development efforts for all lines of business, including the company’s IT Staffing, Professional Services, and Infrastructure Solutions divisions, as well as overseeing all revenue generating functions. Under Matt’s leadership, INSPYR Solutions has improved key financial indicators including gross margin percentage and EBITA. The company’s current revenue stands at $270 million with over 1700 consultants on billing.
Prior to joining INSPYR Solutions, Matt was Principal at UHY Advisors, where he led the resource solutions practice with a focus on talent management solutions around technology, finance, accounting, and internal auditing. Previously, Matt was Managing Director for Experis, formerly known as COMSYS, where he was responsible for leading the Houston market with annual revenues of $70 million. Under Matt’s leadership, the Houston market grew 35% and was the top market in the organization, peaking at 525 billable consultants.
In addition to his work for INSPYR Solutions, Matt has served as a Board Member for Wreaths Across America’s Houston chapter since 2018. Wreaths Across America is a nonprofit organization established in 2007 whose primary purpose is distributing wreaths for placement on graves in military cemeteries across the U.S.
Michelle Wren
Chief Operating Officer
Michelle Wren joined INSPYR Solutions as Executive Vice President of Delivery in 2014 and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO) in November 2020. She has embraced the changes in the staffing industry over the last 20 years and brings a unique constellation of talents to INSPYR Solutions. Michelle’s experience in the staffing industry includes expertise in the information technology, finance and accounting, and engineering verticals. In her role at INSPYR Solutions, Michelle is responsible for strategic performance optimization and recruiter productivity.
Drawing upon her entrepreneurial spirit, Michelle started a boutique staffing firm early in her career. Along with her partners, she organically grew the startup into a thriving operation that was acquired by Metamor, which later became known as COMSYS.
During the successful early stages of her career with COMSYS, now known as Experis, Michelle pioneered the Leadership Development Program, leveraging the value a great leadership team contributes to the success of an organization. Recognized as an innovative and inspirational leader, Michelle was also the architect of the Common Operating Model, which leveraged technology and best practices across the organization. Michelle was later appointed the Ambassador of Integration, driving the seamless transition of the COMSYS and Manpower organizations following the acquisition.
Under her leadership, the Centralized Recruiting Division achieved 70% year over year revenue growth, resulting in $150 million in annualized revenue while increasing gross margin percentage and EBITDA.
