What You’ll Do

  • Champion the brand’s mission and positioning to drive business growth and awareness.

  • Develop and execute brand strategies, ensuring a consistent voice and visual identity across all touchpoints.

  • Support go-to-market planning and external messaging for feature and campaign launches.

  • Manage full-funnel brand campaigns across awareness, consideration, and engagement stages, both on and off-platform.

  • Collaborate with creative, media, and cross-functional partners to deliver cohesive activations and meet campaign goals.

  • Define and track KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and brand health, providing insights to optimize future initiatives.

  • Oversee timelines, deliverables, and creative workflows to ensure on-time, high-quality execution.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA a plus).

  • 4–6 years of experience in brand management or brand marketing, preferably within tech, entertainment, or consumer industries.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing brand strategies and full-funnel activations.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience measuring and optimizing campaign performance.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in tech or CPG brand management, with strong understanding of the creative development process.

  • Familiarity with creator or influencer marketing programs.

  • Passion for sports, entertainment, music, and culture.

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive amidst ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities.
