Title: REL Training Instructor
Location: Winchester, VA or Pensacola, FL (HYBRID)
Duration: Initial 6 month duration
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
 
REL Training Instructor

• To implement and facilitate training programs for assigned areas of company.
• Collaborate with the Instructional Designers and test the development of learning activities, training materials, facilitator guides, lesson plans, and class schedules.
• Conduct training sessions, monitor effectiveness and recommend program modifications.
• Investigate operational processes and procedures to determine feasible and effective training solutions.
• Identify and assess organizational issues and training/development needs.
• Present findings and recommendations to management. Provide support to branch to meet the business need.
• Participate in basic/routine tasks of narrow scope requiring basic research/review.
• If selected for Mortgage-MLO, incumbent will be required, prior to the assumption of employment duties, to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry; includes fingerprinting and background checks.

Experience Level Desired: Level 1 (1-5yrs experience)
Location: Candidates can be located at GPO (Pensacola, FL) or WCC (Winchester, VA)
Shift (Time): 8:00am-4:30pm CST/9:00am-5:30pm EST
Campus Reporting Type: Hybrid with the expectation to report onsite a minimum of 3 days per week
Overtime: OT is not available for this contract position
Contract Length: 6 months from start date
