Contract Recruiter

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to join our team in Deerfield, FL. This role will partner with hiring managers across diverse departments and levels to help drive our high-volume recruitment needs. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
 
Responsibilities:

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, including warehouse, manufacturing, sales, and IT/technical positions
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop recruitment strategies
• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates efficiently
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a high-quality candidate experience

Qualifications:

• Previous high-volume recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment
• Experience recruiting across diverse roles and seniority levels
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience recruiting in warehouse/manufacturing and technical fields is a plus
