QA Tester
100% on-site 5 days/week in Cupertino, CA

ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Tester to support product and user-facing testing for wireless wearable devices. This role will focus on manual user-experience testing (60%) and automation testing (40%) to ensure overall performance, connectivity, and reliability. The ideal candidate will have prior QA testing experience on user-facing, Wireless/Bluetooth consumer electronics and tech products.

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU:
You will work hands-on with real, user-facing products to validate new features, run test scenarios, measure performance, and provide actionable feedback. You'll collaborate closely with developers and cross-functional engineering teams to identify bugs, verify fixes, run data collection scripts, and help drive product quality. This team values curiosity, autonomy, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS:

• 2–5+ years of device testing experience for user-facing consumer electronics or tech hardware products.
  • Experience with wearable or wireless products (e.g., smart watches, smart rings, earbuds, headphones) is a strong plus.
• Manual Testing (60%)
  • Component-level and user-level testing
  • Identifying bugs, evaluating performance, and measuring user experience
  • Running scenarios, use cases, and structured data collection.
• Automation Testing (40%)
  • Ability to run and execute Python scripts (Swift knowledge is a plus)
  • Python programming for script execution, data analysis, and workflow support.
• Strong communicator who is proactive, flexible, collaborative, has a positive attitude, and is a good team-player.

NICE TO HAVES:

• Experience with wireless or wearable consumer devices
  • Example: Smart Watches (Fitbit, Garmin Watch, Apple Watch, Samsung, Google, Huawei , etc.) Oura Ring, AirPods, Earbuds, headphones, smart glasses, Oculus, etc.
• Familiarity with wireless technologies (Bluetooth, WiFi)
