Fullstack Developer

ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY

This role offers the chance to work across a modern microservice architecture, contributing to both frontend and backend development for internal, enterprise-grade web applications—primarily within the Access Management domain. You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams, support multiple concurrent projects, and help onboard new initiatives involving 20+ components. You will actively participate in design discussions, own work end-to-end, and thrive in a highly collaborative environment focused on building scalable, secure, and resilient internal systems.

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

In this position, you will design, build, and maintain core internal applications built on microservices, taking full ownership from development to deployment. You'll work across the full technology stack—creating React-based UI experiences, developing backend services in Java Spring or Node.js, and integrating across SQL/Oracle databases. You will collaborate with architects, product partners, and engineering stakeholders to influence design decisions and support the onboarding of new projects and components. This is a high-impact role perfect for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working across multiple layers of the technology stack.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS (Top 3 Must Haves)

1. 5–10 Years Full-Stack Engineering Experience
   Proven ability to work end-to-end across the stack with a 60/40 split (backend or frontend—flexible). Experience delivering full lifecycle application development in highly collaborative environments.

2. Technical Stack Expertise

   • Backend: Java Spring or Node.js

   • Frontend: React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
     Strong experience building scalable services and modern web interfaces.

3. Database & Cloud Skills

   • Proficiency with SQL or Oracle databases

   • Experience deploying or building solutions on AWS or GCP

NICE TO HAVES

• Prior experience working in Access Management or Identity/Access systems
