Title: Senior Product Manager- Secure Streaming & Screening Platforms

Description:

• The Screenings team delivers secure, scalable, and intuitive platforms that enable pre-release screenings, campaign workflows, and awards review experiences. We connect technology, operations, and creative workflows to ensure stories are shared safely and seamlessly across the world.

Basic Qualifications:
Product Strategy & Leadership

• Drive and communicate a clear multi-year roadmap for the Screenings platforms aligned with the vision set by the Head of Product.
• Develop deep understanding of user needs, industry trends, and competitive benchmarks to inform product direction.
• Align stakeholders across Business, Operations, Technology, and Care to ensure priorities reflect both user value and business goals.
• Author and maintain PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) that articulate problems, user stories, and success metrics.
• Balance short-term tactical delivery with long-term platform scalability and innovation.
• Partner with cross-functional Technology teams to define, measure and improve product integrity within the platform architecture

Requirements & Solution Design

• Lead discovery sessions with Operations, Technology, and Care partners to gather business requirements and identify gaps.
• Translate business and user needs into clear, actionable requirements and recommendations for scalable solutions.
• Evaluate potential approaches with engineering and operations teams to ensure solutions meet performance, security, and usability standards.
• Facilitate alignment between business requests and what's best for users and the overall product purpose.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with the Operations team to streamline workflows, reduce manual processes, and enhance campaign readiness.
• Collaborate with the Technology team to guide architectural decisions, integration approaches, and release planning.
• Work with the Care and Support teams to identify and resolve user experience pain points and improve satisfaction.
• Foster strong partnerships across functions to drive alignment and execution.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure product alignment with current needs and future growth.

Execution & Delivery

• Define and prioritize platform features that deliver measurable business and user impact.
• Partner with Product Owners to manage backlogs, ensuring alignment between feature execution and product vision.
• Use data-driven insights and KPIs to assess feature performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Track progress toward adoption, operational efficiency, user satisfaction, and content readiness goals.
• Provide regular progress, goal, and achievement updates to management and senior leadership.

Technical & Market Insight

• Clarify and communicate tradeoffs across security, scalability, and usability in streaming and content delivery workflows.
• Identify opportunities to apply automation, analytics, or emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate on integration with broader media supply chain and identity management systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in product management or technical product ownership, ideally in a media, streaming, or content technology environment.
• Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-scale platforms that bridge creative, operational, and technical workflows.
• Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and user support.
• Experience writing Product Documents and Requirements and guiding cross-functional teams from conception through delivery.
• Technical proficiency with APIs, integrations, and data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with secure streaming, content delivery, or digital media platforms.
• Familiarity with content protection, authentication, and compliance requirements.
• Understanding of cloud-based media distribution and workflow automation.
• Comfortable balancing strategy, technical detail, and user empathy in fast-moving environments.
• Experience developing APIs, code reviews, and security assessments
• Understanding media lifecycle delivery, video security, and comparative security measures.
