Title: SAP HR Techno-Functional Analyst
Location: The Woodlands, TX 77380
Duration: Contract-to-Hire

Overview
Provide day-to-day functional support and incremental enhancements for SAP HR, partnering closely with HR stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain SAP HR configurations
• Troubleshoot functional issues and manage small enhancements
• Translate HR business needs into SAP solutions
• Coordinate testing and production support

Required Experience

• Strong SAP HR / HCM functional background
• Experience supporting live production environments
• Ability to work independently with business users
• Lead-level, hands-on SAP experience in enterprise environments
• Strong functional and technical experience across:
  • SAP S/4HANA
  • SuccessFactors
  • Employee Central & Payroll
  • Workforce Management
• Experience supporting and enhancing live SAP environments, not just project implementations
• Ability to balance strategic ownership with hands-on execution

Skills & Attributes

• Strong business-facing and communication skills
• Consultative mindset with the ability to influence and guide stakeholders
• Comfortable owning an environment end-to-end, from daily support to major initiatives
• Experience working alongside system integrators and managing vendor relationships
