About the Opportunity:

We’re looking for an extremely senior Full Stack Application Developer with a strong backend focus to join a highly collaborative team. You’ll be building internal applications used directly by operators across a digital supply chain that supports original content distributed across platforms including TV, fitness, and sports experiences.

This role is best suited for someone who thrives in complex systems, takes full ownership of their work, and can independently debug, design, and deliver high-quality solutions without heavy oversight.

What You’ll Work On

• Build and maintain internal, operator-facing applications that power a digital media supply chain.
• Develop services and applications that support original content across TV and other digital platforms.
• Design, implement, and own full – stack features with an emphasis on backend systems.
• Partner closely with the operators and stakeholders who use the tools you build and meeting directly with end users to ensure usability and impact.
• Collaborate with a senior engineering team in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment.
• Contribute to automation and tooling as a core part of the software lifecycle.
  

Required Experience

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience (minimum 5 years required)
• Deep expertise as a full stack engineer, with a backend-leaning skillset
• Strong experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks, (ideally React).
• Strong backend development experience, ideally with Java
• Solid database experience — Postgres preferred(NoSQL experience also acceptable).
• Experience designing and building production-grade applications and services.
• Experience querying or working with search engines (e.g., OpenSearch, SOLR)
• Ability to independently troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating closely with non-engineering partners.
  

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Domain experience in digital media, original content, or digital supply chains.
• Experience building internal tools or operator-facing platforms.
• Familiarity with media formats, workflows, or media supply chain systems
• History of long-term impact in previous roles (e.g., 4+ years at a company, avoiding frequent job hopping)
