Title: Sr HR Advisor
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 12 Month Contract
Compensation: $30-44/hr

Sr HR Advisor

This role is part of a centralized HR Advisory Services team which provides comprehensive HR support across all business units with issues related to associate relations, including but not limited to, performance improvement, leave of absence management, accommodations, conflict resolution, and internal investigations. This is done by way of a case management system.

• May require consultation on issues related to company policies, procedures and employment law (EEOC, ADA, FLMA, PWFA, etc.).
• Case documentation, in all case types, is imperative to ensure enterprise support model.
• Support the ADA interactive process by handling associate accommodation requests and leave accommodation
• Ensure that all associate matters are handled with consistency, fairness and in alignment with Core Values. 

Qualifications:

• Looking for a skilled, experienced HR Practitioner who can assist with case work in the areas of performance improvement, leave of absence management, accommodations, conflict resolution, and internal investigations.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of employment law (EEOC, ADA/FMLA/PWFA) and should be able to identify how these laws apply to the cases assigned even when not explicitly stated in the initial case submission.
• The ideal candidate will be flexible, in both style and reprioritization of work.
• Candidate should have 5+ years of human resources experience with a focus on associate relations.
• This role will be virtual. Our culture highlights associate centricity, and it is imperative that this is a factor considered by members of the HR Advisory Services team as they work through issues impacting associates.
• The person placed in this role will need the ability to flex their style and adapt their expertise to reflect how we execute within that culture.
