ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are seeking a talented Digital Designer / Web Designer to craft the visual identity and user experience of an AI-focused website. This role involves designing engaging, user-friendly pages that communicate complex AI initiatives, research, and products while aligning with established brand and marketing objectives.
THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

Design intuitive, responsive web pages with a strong focus on user experience and conversion

Develop visual storytelling elements including layouts, typography, imagery, and video to communicate complex concepts

Create work that adheres to existing brand guidelines while thoughtfully pushing creative boundaries

Collaborate with content creators, product partners, and stakeholders to align design with business goals

Produce design prototypes and high-fidelity mockups to iterate and refine concepts

Partner closely with engineering to ensure accurate implementation and accessibility compliance

Collaborate with internal teams to make strategic creative decisions that elevate overall design quality
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

7+ years of experience in digital design, with a strong emphasis on web design and development

A strong portfolio demonstrating innovative, user-centered design solutions

Working knowledge of accessibility guidelines and best practices

Experience with design systems and component-based design

Proven collaboration with engineering teams on scoping, ideation, and implementation

Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Must be eligible to work in the United States
NICE TO HAVES

Experience with motion design, animation, or interactive storytelling

Experience designing for AI, machine learning, or technology-driven products

Understanding of web performance optimization and SEO principles
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

7+ years of digital design experience focused on web
