Partner with program and project teams to coordinate cross-functional efforts and ensure the timely development of content supporting communications, engagement, and readiness activities for a 2026 global program launch. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather information and develop project-specific content in a clear, cohesive voice that resonates with diverse audiences — from industry experts to individuals with no prior knowledge of the program, the organization, or the broader internet governance ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Distill complex topics, technical processes, and source materials into high-quality, engaging content that increases understanding and supports end-user readiness, while aligning with the client organization’s voice and style.

  • Develop a wide range of content, including but not limited to:

    • Communications and announcements

    • Blog posts

    • Training and process documentation

    • System user and navigation guides

    • Talking points and presentations

    • Program-related resource materials

  • Collaborate closely with program SMEs to curate and create content based on existing organizational resources for internal employees, applicants, vendors, and the broader community.

  • Create charts, diagrams, and visual aids to enhance training materials, presentations, and documentation, improving comprehension of technical processes, complex concepts, and policy-related content.

  • Consult with internal stakeholders and SMEs to validate accuracy, clarity, and completeness of content.

  • Recommend updates to handbooks and other published materials to improve accessibility, readability, and alignment with target audiences.

  • Translate technical and policy concepts into clear, easy-to-understand content suitable for translation into multiple languages.

  • Develop project-specific content for use in social media and outreach efforts to reach target audiences.

  • Suggest, design, create, and/or write additional content as needed to support program goals.

  • Manage content creation timelines, factoring in SME availability and internal review and approval processes.

  • Coordinate with the client organization’s communications team to adhere to content review, editing, and publishing schedules.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
