Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager and Business Analyst to coordinate a Managed Service vendor integration for AML/KYC (Anti-Money Laundering and Know-Your-Customer). This individual will also support ongoing development of an Appian-based workflow management platform for institutional client onboarding. This role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, process mapping, and coordination across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities
1. AML/KYC Vendor Integration

• Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Act as liaison between Anti-Financial Crimes Compliance, Operations, Technology, and vendor teams to ensure alignment on requirements and timelines.
• Requirements & Gap Analysis:
  • Validate integration requirements against existing AML/KYC processes and identify gaps.
• Data Mapping & Testing:
  • Support mapping of client data fields to vendor systems and coordinate UAT.
• Risk & Issue Management:
  • Track integration risks, escalate issues, and maintain resolution logs.

2. Workflow Management Platform (Appian) – Augmentation Tasks

• Process Mapping & Documentation:
  • Work with business units to refine onboarding workflows and ensure they are accurately represented in Appian.
• Stakeholder Coordination:
  • Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to capture evolving requirements.
• Development Support:
  • Collaborate with Appian developers to clarify business logic and validate configurations.
• Testing & Quality Assurance:
  • Assist in functional testing and ensure workflows meet business needs.
• Change Management:
  • Prepare training materials and support user adoption for new features.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in project management and business analysis within financial services.
• Familiarity with AML/KYC compliance and vendor integration projects.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms (Appian preferred).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
