Program Marketing Manager III

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

The Program Marketing Manager III is responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies for managed enterprise accounts, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to support product launches, feature rollouts, and ongoing marketing initiatives. This role blends product marketing with program and project management, requiring strong collaboration across marketing, sales, product, and technical teams.

The ideal candidate has experience in digital advertising, monetization-focused products, or marketing within fast-paced, technology-driven environments. They bring a strong understanding of the digital advertising and marketing ecosystem, paired with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, synthesize insights, and operate effectively amid ambiguity.

 

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

  • Drive market requirements and go-to-market plans for advertising and marketing solutions across advertiser-facing platforms, including assessing market needs, conducting research to inform product development, evaluating potential risks, and identifying opportunities to improve existing products

  • Own and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and product updates, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and partner teams

  • Project manage a managed accounts recruitment and onboarding program, including supporting onboarding specialists, driving product adoption, consolidating customer insights, and reporting progress to cross-functional leadership

  • Coordinate successful go-to-market activations by developing clear, effective messaging tailored to multiple internal and external audiences

  • Enable go-to-market teams at scale through documentation, training materials, and program updates

  • Collect, analyze, and summarize data and trends to inform decision-making and measure program performance

 

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills

  • Proven project management and operational execution experience

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and work independently

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

  • Proficiency with common productivity tools such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media studies, or a related field

  • 6–8 years of relevant experience in program marketing, product marketing, or digital advertising environments
