Job Description
The Project Manager V (Product Operations Project Manager) will support initiatives that drive growth, engagement, and quality across consumer and business-facing products. This role partners closely with product, engineering, legal, and cross-functional stakeholders to plan, execute, and monitor projects supporting emerging and critical operational priorities.
This individual will help define project plans, track progress, manage risks, and communicate program status to key stakeholders and senior leadership. The role requires comfort working in ambiguous environments, leveraging large data sets, and applying analytical and investigative skills to improve systems, processes, and outcomes at scale.
Key Responsibilities

Support project scope definition and develop and execute project plans for supported programs

Drive clear, concise, and persuasive program communications and collaboration

Conduct root cause analysis and coordinate internal and external escalations

Provide business recommendations to broader stakeholder groups and leadership

Identify gaps in strategy, systems, and processes to support scalable growth

Manage risk and compliance activities across programs

Maintain composure under pressure while ensuring effective, timely collaboration with multiple stakeholders

Adapt to changing requirements and prioritize escalation requests appropriately

Leverage large data sets and advanced tooling to support analytical and investigative efforts
Minimum Qualifications
-
10+ years of experience in operations within a technology, consulting, or similar environment
-
7+ years of project or program management experience in a corporate setting

Proven strategic thinking with a track record of enhancing customer experience through innovation and continuous improvement

Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions and globally

Ability to make sound judgments under tight deadlines and competing priorities
-
Proficiency or working knowledge of analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) for analytics, reporting, and operational decision-making

Experience driving collaboration across cross-functional teams and senior leadership

Ability to communicate effectively across time zones, audiences, and formats
Candidate Requirements
Must-Have Skills

Product Operations background (10+ years)

Experience supporting projects from initiation through completion, including removing blockers, driving efficiencies, and supporting growth

Strong communication skills with stakeholders and senior leadership
Nice-to-Have Skills

Prior experience in a large consumer technology environment

Experience supporting Generative AI-related projects
Team & Project Context

Candidates will support the Product and Data Operations pillar

Provide administrative and large-scale project support to Project Managers

Partner with external vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams

Support high-volume, high-touch projects from development through completion

Experience in data or technical domains is not required, but experience managing complex programs is essential
