Operations – Front Line Representative

Position Overview:
This role supports daily customer-facing operations and serves as the first point of contact for guests. You will work closely with a team of loaner agents and greeters to ensure customers receive prompt assistance, clear communication, and a positive service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in person as a front-line representative.

• Provide basic information and answer general inquiries regarding services and vehicles.

• Use an iPad to check in customers, look up information, and complete basic entry tasks.

• Work both indoors and outdoors in service areas, depending on business needs.

• Support additional customer service functions and cross-train for related positions as needed.

• Maintain a friendly, professional, and upbeat demeanor while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements:

• Previous face-to-face customer service experience is required.

• Comfortable working outside and standing for extended periods.

• Must be available to work weekends.

• Strong communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude.

• Ability to adapt and support various customer-facing tasks.
