Position: Scrum Master
Location: Deerfield Beach, FL (Hybrid 3 days in office)
Duration: 12+ Month contract
Compensation- $60.00 – 69.00/hr w2
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Scrum Master

• Requires in-depth knowledge in own job discipline, solves complex problems, works independently, leads projects

Key Responsibilities/Job Duties

• Based on experience, guide and coach the team on how to use the Agile-framework
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure they are understood and followed: Sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review and sprint retrospective
• Resolve team's impediments
• Help team implement changes effectively
• Guide teams to higher scrum maturity
• Handles responsibilities across multiple teams, or /and addresses more complex impediments, provides mentorship to other Scrum Masters, and engages with higher-level stakeholders.
• Accountable for: overseeing the effective use of Scrum practices across multiple Scrum teams, if applicable; addressing more complex or systemic impediments that may affect multiple teams or the broader organization; mentoring other Scrum Masters and team members to enhance Agile practices; fostering a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation and learning.
• Scrum Master has measurable objectives around training, facilitation, risk management, transparency, and communication and the focus is on team-level metrics (e.g., sprint completion rates, impediment resolution time, retrospective action item completion).

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required

• Demonstrated experience in Agile
• Extensive experience in platforms/systems
• Proficiency in business acumen and technology trends 
• Consulting skills and demonstrated ability effectively communicate complex technical issues
• Scrum Master certification
• Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum Experience: 5 years of related work experience
