Title: SAP Supply Chain Planning Lead

The SAP Supply Chain Planning Lead is a hands-on leadership role within the SAP Center of Excellence (COE), providing functional and solution architecture leadership for a newly implemented SAP S/4HANA environment. This role supports a high-volume, automotive supply chain operation with a strong focus on SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning). You will partner closely with business stakeholders, AMS partners, technical teams, and other SAP functional leads to ensure solutions align with SAP best practices, documentation standards, and operational business needs.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and solution architecture for SAP Supply Chain Planning within S/4HANA
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions, anticipating future needs
• Design, implement, test, and support complex SAP solutions across planning and operational domains
• Serve as a functional leader for SAP IBP, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, S&OP alignment, and control tower monitoring
• Support and guide WRICEF functional design (Sales & Distribution focus)
• Collaborate with AMS, development, BASIS, security, and architecture teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Proactively identify, resolve, and reduce system defects and enhancement needs
• Drive SAP standardization and adherence to out-of-the-box functionality
• Support organizational change management and adoption of SAP solutions
• Ensure data privacy and compliance with applicable policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of relevant SAP experience, including ERP implementations and post-go-live support
• 8+ years of hands-on SAP IBP configuration experience (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory, S&OP)
• Strong experience designing planning areas, key figures, master data, and time profiles
• Proven ability to deliver measurable improvements in forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and working capital
• 8+ years of experience producing process and functional design documentation
• Strong understanding of SAP IBP and S/4HANA integration, including CI-DS and end-to-end supply chain planning
• Working knowledge of IDoc configuration and processing
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-influencing skills

 Preferred / Nice to Have

• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience
• Experience with modules such as EWM, FI/CO, MM, VMS, OTC, PTP, PTM, or Plant Maintenance
• Familiarity with SAP OSS notes, releases, and patches

 Work Location & Travel

• On-site: Sealy, Texas (4–5 days per week), with occasional campus visits
• Travel: Up to 20%
