ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY
Join our dynamic Retail Store Online organization, specifically within the Product Management space. Our team is responsible for Accessibility and Values programs working cross functionally with different stakeholders and teams. We are working on multiple projects simultaneously to improve the customer experience by working closely with leadership and working teams to provide updates in order to drive awareness, buy in, and execution on key program areas.

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU
We are looking for someone who can adapt and respond to changes proactively and efficiently. This role is a role critical to the success of key strategic initiatives; you will be part of team that works in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. In addition to your background in product and program management, you should be able to simplify complex concepts, articulate and explain your thoughts affectively, question to gain insights and understand different points of view.
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

  1. Strategic Program (5-10 years of experience):
    • Orchestrate and influence various workstreams within the Values program area.
    • Manage stakeholder relationships and provide regular leadership updates.
    • Identify gaps and opportunities to enhance program effectiveness.
    • Experience being allocated to a project or program where the scope was not defined and you had to figure out the steps in order to define it.
  2. Project Management expertise:
    • Oversee the execution of strategic programs, particularly at the intersection of technology and digital experiences.
    • Being in the weeds of the projects, owning from start to finish, driving to the project forward, etc.
    • Collaborate with teams to deliver technology-related projects without requiring deep technical expertise.
    • Does NOT need deep technical experience, but comfort delivering technology-related projects. This is a business side position.
  3. E-commerce or Digital experience:
  • Project or program management experience supporting e-commerce or digital experience for customers in order to optimize their experience

NICE TO HAVES

  1. Communication and Influence:
  • Serve as a liaison among leadership, cross-functional teams, and working groups.
  • Drive awareness, buy-in, and effective execution of key program areas through excellent communication skills.
  1. Product Management experience:
  • You will be supporting strategic programs in the Product part of the organization so experience being a product manager and knowing how to best utilize them for Programs would be helpful
  1. Accessibility experience:
  • someone who has experience working on accessibility projects or interested in supporting those project would be helpful, but we do not need an accessibility expert as there's others on the team that that's their job.
