ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a highly experienced SRE / DevOps Engineer with hands-on GenAI experience to help accelerate the adoption of GenAI technologies across the SRE and DevOps ecosystem. This role is focused on full-cycle SRE/DevOps ownership—from building and deploying infrastructure to operating production systems—while leveraging GenAI tools to automate and scale operational workflows.
This is not an application development role and not ticket-based work. The focus is on infrastructure, reliability, automation, and production readiness, with GenAI applied directly to SRE and DevOps use cases.
THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU
In this role, you will drive the adoption of GenAI tools to automate and optimize SRE and DevOps workflows across the organization. You’ll work hands-on building CI/CD pipelines, deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters, and operating infrastructure in AWS—while identifying opportunities to apply GenAI for automation, troubleshooting, and operational efficiency.
You will partner closely with platform and infrastructure teams to take systems from code to production, owning reliability, scalability, and automation end to end. Your impact will be felt across the entire DevOps and SRE landscape as GenAI adoption accelerates.
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS (top 3 must haves)

Strong SRE / DevOps Experience (5–10 years)

Deep understanding of SRE functions and operational best practices

End-to-end infrastructure deployment and management
-
Building CI/CD pipelines (GitHub-based)

Experience with GitOps process models (or migrations toward GitOps)

Building Kubernetes clusters from scratch and deploying into AWS

Python coding for automation and operational tooling

Infrastructure as Code & Automation Expertise

Hands-on experience with IaC and automation tools such as:

Terraform

Helm
-
Ansible

Bash and Python scripting

Proven ability to automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and operations

Hands-on GenAI Experience for Automation (1–2+ years)

Practical experience using GenAI tools to automate SRE/DevOps workflows

Applying GenAI in infrastructure and reliability contexts (e.g., cluster troubleshooting, operational automation, system diagnostics)

Strong understanding of how GenAI tools can enhance production operations—not content generation or ticket creation

NICE TO HAVES

Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Splunk
