Portfolio Manager – Organizational Design & Change
Skillset / Experience:
We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to support enterprise-wide Organizational Design and Change initiatives. This role operates at a strategic portfolio level—providing executive visibility across business units, tracking performance metrics, and coordinating cross-functional efforts. While listed as a Project Manager in some systems, this role functions as a portfolio-level leader responsible for holistic oversight, analytics, executive reporting, and cross-organizational coordination.
Responsibilities
Portfolio Oversight & Governance

Provide portfolio-level visibility across organizational design and change initiatives.

Evaluate progress across business units (BUs) without directly driving activation of design work.

Coordinate closely with Business Unit Project Managers to ensure alignment and progress tracking.

Identify risks, dependencies, and cross-functional impacts.
Executive Reporting & Insights

Gather and synthesize data across multiple initiatives to provide a comprehensive executive view.

Prepare executive summaries, presentations, and reporting materials.

Translate complex data into clear insights for leadership decision-making.

Maintain dashboards and standardized reporting frameworks.
Data Analytics & Metrics

Develop and track KPIs tied to organizational effectiveness, talent, and retention.

Monitor portfolio health using data analytics and performance metrics.

Identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.

Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting tools.
Coordination & Operational Management

Lead extensive cross-functional coordination and scheduling.

Facilitate alignment sessions, governance meetings, and executive reviews.

Maintain portfolio documentation, timelines, and milestone tracking.

Support change management planning in partnership with business units.
Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience in portfolio management, program management, or enterprise PMO environments.

Experience supporting Organizational Design, Change Management, Talent, Retention, or Organizational Effectiveness initiatives.

Strong analytical skills with experience in dashboarding, reporting, and executive-level presentations.

Ability to synthesize large amounts of data into clear, strategic insights.

Exceptional stakeholder management and coordination skills.

Experience working across multiple business units in a matrixed environment.

Advanced proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Preferred Qualifications:

Background in Organizational Effectiveness or Talent strategy.

Experience supporting enterprise transformations.

Familiarity with portfolio governance models and executive reporting cadence.
