ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY

This role supports an enterprise Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform that has been live for 4+ years. The system was originally implemented as an off-the-shelf solution and has since undergone significant customization to support eight business units, with additional teams continuing to onboard. Each business unit operates with varying levels of maturity, unique workflows, and distinct requirements. This position partners with business and engineering teams to guide platform enhancements, support customization decisions, and ensure scalable governance, workflow efficiency, and user adoption across the enterprise.

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

As the DAM Business Analyst, you will serve as the subject matter expert for Digital Asset Management, helping determine the most effective and sustainable approach for platform enhancements and customization. This role requires strong hands-on experience with DAM platforms, including taxonomy design, metadata tagging, workflow configuration, and understanding system capabilities and limitations. You will gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into clear documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and collaborate closely with engineering to support execution. In addition, you will play a key role in driving user adoption by onboarding new teams, developing user guides, facilitating demos and office hours, and ensuring consistent metadata and governance practices across business units. Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, structured documentation skills, and the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS (Top 3 must-have skills)

1. 5+ years of Digital Asset Management (DAM) expertise with hands-on experience working in one or more DAM platforms and strong knowledge of taxonomy, metadata/tagging, workflows, governance, and platform limitations
2. Business Analysis experience including gathering requirements, defining workflows, creating user stories and acceptance criteria, and producing clear documentation to support development and adoption
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across business stakeholders and engineering teams and drive consensus on platform decisions

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience leveraging AI for metadata tagging, search optimization, and asset discoverability
