ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY
The Machine Learning Engineer will join the Channel Strategy and Operations team to design and build advanced AI systems that combine software engineering, predictive modeling, and algorithm development. This role sits at the intersection of applied research and production engineering and will contribute to a next-generation agentic AI platform, a system of intelligent agents that reason, plan, and make recommendations.
THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU
- Design and build intelligent agents within a multi-agent (agentic AI) system, where each agent owns specialized reasoning and decision-making capabilities
- Develop predictive models using machine learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning to support complex decision and optimization problems
- Architect and implement continuous improvement pipelines that enable models to learn from feedback and real-world outcomes
- Integrate transformer models and large language models (LLMs) into production-grade AI workflows
- Build and train models from scratch when required, while also leveraging and fine-tuning open-source models and libraries
- Develop and optimize recommendation engine components within the broader agentic system
- Translate mathematically rigorous models into scalable, production-ready Python services
- Design feature engineering strategies and ensure appropriate analytical inputs drive model performance and evaluation
- Optimize training and inference performance across GPU and CPU environments
- Partner cross-functionally to define problem statements, select the right modeling approach, and deliver measurable business impact
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building predictive models (machine learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, etc.) and continuous improvement pipelines
- Experience training and fine-tuning models (including open-source models)
- Experience working with transformer architectures or other advanced ML models
- Ability to both leverage existing libraries and develop algorithms from scratch
- Strong Python development skills
- Experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks ex. PyTorch, TensorFlow or similar
- Master’s degree (PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or related quantitative field
