OCM Training Development Coordinator – WalkMe Builder

The Training Development Coordinator is responsible for designing and building in-app guidance and digital adoption solutions using the WalkMe DAP platform to support user adoption, productivity, and change initiatives. This role partners closely with change management, IT/IS, and business stakeholders to understand user workflows and translate them into effective WalkMe content such as walkthroughs, smart tips, shoutouts, and onboarding experiences. Success in this role requires strong communication and attention to detail, the ability to translate complex processes into simple user guidance, and a continuous improvement mindset focused on enhancing the end user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain WalkMe in‐app guidance (walk‐thrus, tips, notifications) to support user adoption
  • Collaborate with Organizational Change Management Team, IT/IS, and business leads during design, build, and deployment
  • Test, update, and optimize WalkMe content across SAP S/4 environments
  • Use WalkMe Insights to monitor usage and improve content effectiveness

Qualifications:

  • Experience building in‐app guidance using WalkMe or similar digital adoption platforms
  • Understanding of user workflows, process documentation, and UX best practices
  • Skilled at translating complex business processes into clear, intuitive user guidance
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4 preferred
  • WalkMe Builder certification a plus

Education and Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • WalkMe experience or experience using a comparable training development tool required
  • 5+ years of experience working in change management or a related field.

Work Conditions:

  • This is a short-term 3-month assignment
  • Open office environment with a hybrid schedule in office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
  • Must be able to work on a computer for a number of hours during the day.
  • Extended work hours may be necessary as workloads dictate
