ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a modern Frontend-Focused Fullstack Engineer to help transform a powerful AI-driven insights platform into a compelling, intuitive, and highly adoptable web application.

This AI tool delivers forecasting, anomaly detection, and advanced analytics to drive strategic growth and service optimization. While the underlying system is strong, it lacks a modern UI, cohesive user journey, and executive-ready storytelling.

Your mission: bring the product to life. Create an engaging frontend experience that makes users want to use the platform, drives adoption at the managerial and executive level, and clearly communicates insights that shape the future of the business.

This is a web application role (not systems-based), focused on usability, storytelling, and enterprise-grade scalability.

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

• Lead the frontend transformation of an AI-powered insights application (60% frontend / 40% backend).

• Design and build modern, responsive, and visually compelling user experiences using React or Angular.

• Develop and document RESTful APIs from scratch, with strong understanding of OpenAPI specifications.

• Translate complex forecasting models and anomaly detection outputs into intuitive dashboards and executive-level visuals.

• Collaborate across geo-dispersed cross-functional teams including Engineering, SRE, Product, and senior leadership.

• Present application performance insights to senior managers and partner teams with confidence and clarity.

• Help shape the product narrative—crafting a user story that increases buy-in and adoption across the organization.

• Navigate cross-team dependencies and resolve conflicts to ensure forward momentum and successful delivery.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS (Top 3 Must Haves)

1. Frontend-Focused Fullstack Expertise (5–7+ Years Enterprise Experience)

• 60% frontend (React or Angular) / 40% backend (Java).

• Strong experience building enterprise-grade web applications.

• Comfortable operating in high-visibility environments and reporting to senior leadership.

2. Enterprise Architecture & API Design

• Experience in distributed systems environments.

• Proven ability to design, document, and implement RESTful APIs from scratch.

• Strong understanding of OpenAPI standards and service integration best practices.

3. Cross-Functional Leadership & Executive Communication

• Experience working with geo-dispersed teams.

• Ability to collaborate with SRE, engineering leads, and C-suite stakeholders.

• Strong conflict resolution skills and confidence presenting to senior managers.

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience partnering closely with Design Leads or UX teams.

• Strong design eye with the ability to create compelling executive-level visuals and dashboards.
