About the Opportunity

INSPYR Solutions is partnering with a leading organization in the hospitality industry to identify a Senior Accounting Analyst for a permanent opportunity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working cross-functionally to support financial operations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of general ledger activity
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Analyze variances and provide actionable insights to leadership
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Partner with internal teams to improve financial processes and controls
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
• Assist with audits by preparing schedules and supporting documentation
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–6+ years of relevant accounting or financial analysis experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization
