INSPYR Solutions has teamed up with an organization located downtown Chicago who is in search of a Customer Service Representative on a contract-to-hire basis. Please note this role will operate on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office/2 from home) and will be on a Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm schedule.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume inbound call queue (80+ calls daily) while maintaining quality and efficiency standards
- Assist customers with automotive warranty coverage, claims processing, and claim status updates
- Review and resolve billing inquiries, payment processing issues, and account discrepancies
- Investigate and correct errors, disputes, and coverage concerns in a timely manner
- Provide detailed explanations of warranty terms, coverage limits, and claim requirements
- Process payments, update account information, and document all customer interactions accurately
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve escalated claims and complex customer issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and automotive warranty guidelines
- Maintain professionalism and empathy when handling challenging or escalated calls
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call volume, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores
Requirements:
- Must come with at least 2 years of recent customer service experience in a high call volume environment
- Must be comfortable commuting downtown Chicago
- Must be comfortable with a contract-to-hire position
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual: English & Spanish is a plus
