West Houston (100% Onsite – 5 Days/Week)
Reports to: CFO
Base Salary: $190,000 – $205,000 + Quarterly Bonuses

About the Opportunity
We are conducting a search for a Controller to join a growing company headquartered in the West Houston area. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the CFO within a lean, performance-driven environment. The Controller will play a critical role in strengthening financial infrastructure, enhancing reporting capabilities, and scaling the accounting function to support continued expansion.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $190K – $205K
• Plus Quaretly Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations and financial reporting
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Drive forecasting and financial reporting (Excel-based environment)
• Strengthen internal controls and financial processes
• Support acquisition-driven growth strategy
• Partner closely with executive leadership (CFO, CEO, President)
• Develop scalable systems and team structure

Ideal Candidate Profile

• CPA required
• 8+ years of Controller experience in prior role
• Strong tenure history (stability is critical)
• Strong operational finance background
• M&A experience highly preferred
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency (manual forecasting/reporting)
• ERP experience required
