Title: Scrum Master
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ Month Contract to Start
Pay Range: $65hr – $70/hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Skillset / Experience:
Requirements

• Significant Scrum Master experience, as well as strong fundamentals in advanced scrum team analytics, using project management tools like Azure DevOps.
• Significant experience leading agile development teams and facilitating delivery in an Agile environment.
• A minimum of 7 years+ experience as a dedicated Scrum Master working for a large enterprise.
• A minimum of 15 years of total experience in a project environment as a PM or a project team member, with at least half of that experience in in large enterprises.
• Active CSM Certification (SAFe Scrum Master preferred).
• Experience with strategic communication and execution a plus

 
Desired, not required
– Experience running agile teams in the Enterprise Security space
– Financial industry project experience
