Compensation: $45 – $65

About the Team

The retail team is responsible for launching and managing immersive, in-person retail experiences that bring products to life. The team operates at the intersection of technology and retail, focused on building the future of physical brand experiences.


The Role

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join the Retail Operations + Technology team. This is a highly execution-focused role responsible for managing and delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives that support retail operations and systems.

The ideal candidate is a strong operator who can break down complex initiatives and drive them to completion in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver cross-functional initiatives from initiation through completion
  • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex concepts into clear action plans
  • Break down complex problems into structured, executable steps
  • Exercise judgment in selecting appropriate execution strategies
  • Operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Retail Operations, Product Marketing, Enterprise Systems, Retail Design, Finance, and Product Management
  • Drive implementation of retail systems (POS, ERP, CRM, AV, in-store demo technologies)
  • Present project status, risks, and progress to leadership

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of project or program management experience within:
    • Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) retail
    • Consumer electronics
    • Manufacturing
    • Technology
    • Premium hospitality
  • Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project, Wrike, etc.)
  • Strong experience with productivity tools (Microsoft, Apple, GSuite)
  • Hands-on experience implementing retail systems (POS, ERP, CRM, AV, Demo systems)

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree
  • PMP, Agile, or similar certification
  • Experience working within a technology-driven company
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows and productivity
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Top 3 Must-Have Skills

  • 5+ years of project/program management experience in DTC retail, consumer electronics, technology, manufacturing, or premium hospitality
  • Strong experience with project management tools and productivity software
  • Deep experience implementing retail systems (POS, ERP, CRM, AV, Demo)

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Tech company experience
  • PMP/Agile certifications
  • AI tool usage in daily workflows

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery
  • Translate technical concepts for cross-functional teams
