Staff Accountant (Hybrid)

Overview: Staff Accountant role supporting month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and GAAP-compliant reporting in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do:

• Post journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy
• Must be comfortable with manual processing (strong excel required)
• Own monthly reconciliations (including inventory/COGS as applicable); investigate variances
• Support month-end/year-end close, reporting, and documentation
• Partner with Ops/Finance and assist with internal/external audits

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance + 2–4 years accounting experience
• GAAP required + strong Excel (pivots/lookups)
• Plus: inventory/distribution/telecom experience and/or ERP/accounting systems

Compensation & schedule:

• $65K–$85K (target ~$75K) • Hybrid: onsite Mon/Tue/Thu
