ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY
UX Researcher with 8+ years of experience in qualitative research, specializing in enterprise/B2B products, financial and operational workflows, stakeholder management, and adaptable cross-domain work.
This role focuses on conducting qualitative research for internal financial tools, including planning, budgeting, and procurement workflows, with flexibility to support additional enterprise product areas as needed.
The ideal candidate is a self-directed researcher who can quickly ramp up in unfamiliar domains, independently manage stakeholder relationships, and incorporate AI tools into their research workflow for analysis and synthesis.
THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

Plan and conduct qualitative research studies, including interviews, usability testing, and concept testing

Synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams

Manage research priorities across multiple areas with minimal oversight
- Use AI-assisted tools to support research analysis, synthesis, and operations
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
- 8+ years of UX research experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Experience researching complex workflows such as budgeting, forecasting, spend management, or procurement

Proven ability to ramp quickly in new product domains

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience using AI-assisted tools (e.g., large language models, automated analysis)
