Title:  Digital Product Consultant
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: Initial 6 months contract with extensions
Compensation: $ 45 – 50 an hour
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or or Authorized to work in US

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Product Ownership
  • Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation, requirements gathering, development, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization
  • Define product vision, roadmap, and measurable success metrics aligned with business and clinical objectives
• Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical stakeholders, IT, engineering, compliance, and operations
  • Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams
• Healthcare Domain Expertise
  • Ensure products align with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA compliance, interoperability, patient data security)
  • Understand clinical workflows and translate them into scalable digital solutions
• Product Development & Delivery
  • Write and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs
  • Partner with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver high-quality solutions
• Data & Performance Analysis
  • Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics tools
  • Drive continuous improvement based on user feedback, data insights, and market trends
• Client & Vendor Interaction
  • Work directly with healthcare clients, providers, and third-party vendors to ensure successful product implementation
  • Support product demos, training, and go-live activities
