Title: M&E QA/QC Support Engineer
Location: Mississippi
Duration: 12-Months + extensions 
Compensation: $75-$95/hr + (per diem if qualifies)

Skillset / Experience: M&E QA/QC Support Engineer

We are seeking an experienced M&E QA/QC Support Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and monitoring quality program metrics, analyzing trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues. The position also supports the development of QA/QC teams and provides training on quality standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor QA/QC program metrics to evaluate project performance

• Analyze trends, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions

• Assist in building and supporting on-site QA/QC teams

• Support development of QA/QC processes, standards, and documentation

• Interface with design, construction, operations, and contractors

• Provide QA/QC training and ensure adherence to procedures

• Coordinate quality issues across cross-functional teams

• Conduct audits of QA/QC activities for staff and subcontractors

• Review MEP and other technical submittals for compliance and quality

• Perform quality reviews of design documentation and vendor materials

• Develop and review construction quality procedures, test plans, and checklists

• Recommend and validate corrective and preventive actions

• Review commissioning scripts and turnover documentation

• Support commissioning schedules and ensure adherence

• Track and drive closure of quality issues in project systems

• Attend factory witness tests and perform site inspections

• Validate testing documentation, labeling, and tagging requirements

• Assist with QA/QC reporting, dashboards, and presentations

• Participate in project, QA/QC, and commissioning meetings

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of QA/QC experience in data centers or mission-critical construction

• Experience with Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build delivery methods

• Experience across MEP, civil/structural, and controls disciplines

• Experience leading QA/QC and commissioning programs

• Experience managing contractors, vendors, and consultants

• Knowledge of mission-critical systems (power, cooling, etc.)

• Experience with construction quality tools and platforms

Required Skills:

• Strong mechanical and electrical QA/QC expertise

• Commissioning (Cx) experience

• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Experience working with cross-functional partners

• Experience with design-build projects

• Vendor management experience

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)

• Self-driven with ability to work independently

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
