Full Job Description:
As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager you'll create and implement CRM campaigns for our games. You'll work closely with Game and Publishing teams to design, execute, and optimize email and push notification campaigns that improve player outcomes. Partnering with insights and data, you'll also create measurement approaches and evaluate the impact of our campaigns. You will report to the CRM lead.
Responsibilities
- Create, implement, QA, and manage the delivery of email marketing campaigns that deepen player engagement and retention
- Manage journeys, segments, and personalized communications across email and mobile push notifications
- Collaborate independently with marketing and product teams to plan, design, and report back on CRM campaigns
- Work with agency partners and in house producers on creative, localization, and QA
- Deliver regular campaign reporting to Publishing teams, translating campaign results into actionable insights and email best practices to improve future campaigns
- Test and refine measurement approaches with insights to identify trends and opportunities to improve the ROI of our campaigns
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations e.g. GDPR and CCPA
Core Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with CRM and Email marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Braze, SendGrid, etc.)
- Proven history of measurable impact you were responsible for
- Strong understanding of A/B testing and experimentation
- Strong collaborative skills with a history of working with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Gaming Experience, especially with major titles
- Knowledge of web analytics and data connector tools
- Familiarity with program management tools
- Familiarity with HTML / CSS for email template troubleshooting or minor edits
- Experience working with Lifecycle marketing QA, personalization, and deliverability tools
