Title: Viewpoint Accounting Consultant / Project Manager
Location: Richmond, TX (Onsite initially, transitioning to Hybrid/Remote)
Duration: 3-Month Contract
Compensation: $85/hr (DOE)
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Skillset / Experience:
The Viewpoint Accounting Consultant / Project Manager will lead the migration of accounting data from QuickBooks to Viewpoint/Spectrum within a construction environment while helping stand up and optimize the accounting function.
• Controller or Assistant Controller-level experience (highly preferred)
• Must have construction industry experience
• Hands-on experience with Viewpoint/Spectrum (required)
• Experience converting accounting data from QuickBooks to ERP systems
• Strong experience mapping and validating chart of accounts
• Proven experience with system implementation, testing, and data validation
• Experience helping stand up or improve an accounting department/processes
• Ability to lead projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting operations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
