Job Description:

• Co-develops project plans with stakeholder leaders, identifying key milestones and deliverables.
• Schedules and facilitates stakeholder meetings, coordinating project plans and gaining consensus.
• Prepares reports, presentations, and other documentation as required by LOB stakeholders.
•  Produces and distributes status reporting on project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
•  Ensures projects are on time. Conducts project deep-dive meetings with the Program Manager to escalate risk/issues timely.
• Monitors project spending versus budget. Develops accurate project spending forecasts each month.
•  Produces project documentation within the required timeframes in accordance to the standards and governance requirements of the Project Delivery Life Cycle (PDLC) Methodology , Project Spend and Governance Committee, and EPMO guidelines.
• Work with IT teams to coordinate testing, escalate issues, and assist where necessary to ensure a successful go live.
• Coordinates the analysis of business problems including making recommendations to management to help identify methods, procedures, and technologies that enhance recommended solutions and project execution.

Requirements:

•  Experience in Banking dealing with operations and technology project management, preferably in Finance
•  Experience leading and managing projects from start to finish, including specific experience in tight timeline, and/or crisis environments
• Any prior experience with Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) projects preferred
