Technical Recruiter
Overview:
We are seeking a Mid-Senior level IT Recruiter with strong technical recruiting experience to support a high-volume hiring environment. This role requires someone who is comfortable managing a large requisition load, partnering closely with hiring managers, and driving full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of IT roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage up to 40 active requisitions at a time across multiple business units
- Own full-cycle recruiting including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and close
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities
- Source and attract qualified candidates using a variety of channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Conduct technical screenings to assess candidate fit
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the process
- Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system
- Ensure a positive candidate experience while moving roles forward efficiently
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of IT / Technical recruiting experience
- Proven ability to manage high-volume requisitions (30–40+ roles simultaneously)
- Strong understanding of technical roles across infrastructure, development, data, and cybersecurity
- Experience working in both agency and/or corporate recruiting environments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Workday or similar ATS
- Experience supporting enterprise-level or high-growth environments
