INSPYR Solutions Named one of South Florida Business Journal’s 2018 Best Places to Work

Fort Lauderdale, FL – February 22, 2018 – TekPartners, now INSPYR Solutions, and a leading IT solutions provider based in South Florida, was honored to attend the South Florida Business Journal’s 2018 Best Places to Work awards hosted at the Signature Grand in Davie, FL. The company was honored to be named #15 in the medium company category and was represented by several employees who attended the luncheon. More than 500 professionals participated in the superhero themed event to honor 45 companies from around the South Florida area.

The winning companies were determined through questionnaires answered by employees at each company and then scored by Quantum Workplace. The company rankings were then tabulated based on a number of job satisfaction metrics and other information provided by the employee surveys. The responses included descriptions of the company culture, ways employees know they are valued by the company, opportunities for growth and development, popular perks, and ways senior leaders help create a great work environment. Top companies in each category excelled in all of these measurements by providing an all-around great work experience for employees.
