Title: Software Engineer (AI Platforms)

ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking 4 Backend Engineers to join our growing platform team responsible for building a cutting-edge AI platform to support the creation, deployment, and management of AI applications and LLM (Large Language Model) use cases. You’ll be working on a back-end platform critical for our internal teams to create sophisticated agent systems efficiently. This is an opportunity to help shape the foundation of a high-impact, large-scale system in its early stages.

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU:

This is a new project focused on building an agent workflow platform that supports LLM (Large Language Model) use cases. You won’t be building LLMs themselves; instead, you’ll be developing the backend services and platforms that enable internal customers to build, deploy, and manage agentic workflows utilizing LLMs. You’ll play a key role in building backend infrastructure that other teams will use to power AI solutions.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS (top 3 must haves)

1. 3-4+ years of backend development experience in Python (preferred) and/or Java
   1. Must have a proven track record of building platforms or adding features to backend web services.
2. Experience developing large-scale web applications or platforms that serve other teams (e.g., REST services, backend architecture).
3. Bachelor’s degree in computer science

NICE TO HAVES

1. Experience with AWS and Kubernetes.
2. Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) – using models, not building them.
3. Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
4. Understanding of AI agent workflows and how they interact with platforms.
