Compensation: $140,000 – $170,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and report to senior leadership on plan execution
  • Managing all AR/PR activities and social marketing activities and presence
  • Driving creation of content and execution of blogs, podcasts and other channels
  • Setting current and long-term goals for marketing outcomes, lead generation activities
  • Designing and reviewing the Marketing budget and optimizing budgets to drive outcomes
  • Collaborating with leadership team to develop new ideas and strategies to increase visibility and awareness of product differentiation
  • Partnering with events management team and design team to execute events Job brief
  • We are looking for an experienced Vice President (VP) of Marketing to direct and oversee our Marketing department.
  • You will design, implement and monitor effective marketing strategies that align with our business goals.
  • Our ideal candidate has a solid Marketing background and work experience managing a variety of promotional projects end-to-end, including paid advertising campaigns and digital marketing techniques.
  • Our VP of Marketing will work with the CEO, Chief Growth Officer and Chief Product and Strategy Officer and will oversee internal marketing teams.
  • To be successful in this role, you should be highly professional.
  • You should also play a significant role shaping the company's strategic planning and demonstrate ability to execute on marketing plans.
  • Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that the Marketing department's activities contribute to our company's long-term success.
  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness
  • Set current and long-term goals for internal teams, review and optimize the Marketing department's budget
  • Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies
  • Develop creative content for social media, blogs, podcasts, and other channels
  • Iterate on web presence, visibility, SEO
  • Monitor all marketing campaigns and drive continuous improvement and increased lead generation o Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing execution and metrics for the leadership team
  • Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
  • Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events
  • Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company's objectives
  • Track competitors' activities, develop differentiated narratives against competition Requirements and skills o Proven work experience as a VP of Marketing, Marketing Director or other senior role in the healthcare technology or software industry
  • Demonstrable experience designing and implementing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics and Google Adwords
  • Proven experience with PR/Social and other creative means to develop brand
  • Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field
