Title: Business Analyst
Location: Orlando, FL (M-TH on-site, F remote)
Duration: 6+ month
Compensation: $70-74/hour

Business Analyst

Job Summary:
This individual will support the Supplier, Strategic, Partnerships, and Operations Technology (SPOT) team, specifically, the Central Invoicing Team (CIT).

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support and help grow our Central Invoicing Team.
• Partnering with technology teams create purchase orders (POs) and ensure proper invoicing is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
• Compare time and material data associated with all approved POs their respective invoices. Identify, correct, and communicate any discrepancies both the business and finance teams.
• Reconcile items with vendor invoices tenure proper coding is provided and all information matches prior submitting.
• Document CIT processes and methodologies and other information help document and establish new processes as needed.
• Assist leaders by reporting and escalating issues in a timely manner
• Liaise with team members and cross-functional partners at all levels of the organization

Basic Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge/experience in relevant technologies, such as:
• 2+ years working with SAP and Coupa
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external communication
• Solid organizational skills and ability juggle and prioritize projects and tasks
• Strong attention detail
• Team player that works cooperatively and effectively with others set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions
• Comfortable communicating with partners at all levels
• Flexible change while able manage and support multiple efforts concurrently
• Proactive and demonstrates strong initiative manage day-to-day workflow with minimal supervision
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Comfortable working both virtually and in-person when needed

Required Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
