We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to lead and oversee our client’s partner expansion initiatives. This role includes managing partner integration and testing processes for external Access partners, such as hotels, corporate and multi-family units, and student housing.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, exceptional project management abilities, and a proven track record of successfully guiding complex partner integrations from inception to launch. EPM must be willing to follow a rigid process that was created by management.

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

As the Engineering Program Manager (EPM) for Partner Integration and Testing, you will oversee the entire partner integration lifecycle, spanning approximately nine months per partner. Serving as the main point of contact for external partners, you will guide them through integration and testing, leading meetings to review statuses, address issues, and discuss results. Your role includes managing and streamlining self-testing and third-party testing processes, conducting functional, end-to-end, and performance testing to ensure API efficiency, and analyzing logs to create triage radars for troubleshooting. You will collaborate closely with Business Development for smooth onboarding, internal engineering teams to resolve technical challenges, and external partners via Slack and other communication channels to ensure alignment with project goals. Risk management will be a critical focus, requiring you to identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Additionally, you will prepare comprehensive documentation, including test plans, logs, and detailed reports, while providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders to ensure successful integrations.
