A Desktop Support Operator to provide support to end-users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues related to desktop systems
1. Proficiency in desktop support tools and techniques.
2. Strong problem-solving and communication skills
o Familiarity with PC, Laptop, and Thin Client devices
o Experience in document operating procedures and adept ticket notation ability
o Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing system
o Experience with Asset Management & Inventory Control – Scanning, updating, tracking, collection, and overall management of NF assets to ensure accuracy and availability of equipment.
o Perform employee moves to include equipment tear-downs, installs, and cable management.
o Ability to work independently and in a large group setting
o Effective organizational, planning, and time management
Needs to Have:
• Work Independently or in a collaborative environment
• Customer Service Skills
• Hardware/Equipment Setup and Support Experience
• Windows 11 OS support and troubleshooting Experience
• Basic Networking Experience
Like to Have:
• Security + or Degree related to the IT field or equivalent related work experience
• Printer Server Management Experience
• ServiceNow Experience
• Office 365 and TEAMs Experience
