Title: Sr. Relex Implementation Consultant
Location: 100% remote with occasional travel
Duration: Long term contract with extension
Compensation: $100-115/hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
 
Skillset / Experience:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or support the full lifecycle of Relex Forecasting & Replenishment module implementations for retail and supply chain clients
  • Collaborate with client teams to gather and document business and functional requirements
  • Configure Relex solutions based on client objectives, industry best practices, and planning parameters
  • Drive or support integration of Relex with client systems, including handheld/mobile devices for store-level inventory or replenishment execution
  • Facilitate data mapping, system integration, and validation (ERP, POS, WMS, handheld apps)
  • Conduct system testing (unit, integration, UAT), issue resolution, and performance tuning
  • Deliver training, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation support
  • Collaborate closely with Relex technical teams, BCG project managers, and client IT/operations stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Relex Solutions, specifically in Forecasting and Replenishment modules
  • Participation in 2 or more full-cycle Relex implementations (end-to-end, from design to go-live)
  • Experience integrating Relex with handheld or mobile store devices (e.g., for inventory checks, shelf replenishment, in-store forecasting inputs)
  • Familiarity with retail data environments: ERP (SAP, Oracle), POS, WMS, and device integration platforms
  • Technical proficiency with data formats and APIs used in Relex integrations; basic SQL or scripting is a plus
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage business and technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in a consulting or client-facing delivery environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Relex API integration or middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi)
  • Background in retail, grocery, or omnichannel supply chain operations
  • Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) tools and in-store tech ecosystems
  • Prior experience working alongside or within a Relex partner organization

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
  • Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., APICS, PMP) is a plus
