Job Duties: INSPYR Solutions, LLC in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking Senior Sharepoint Solution Engineer(s) to design and develop solutions to complex applications problems, system administration
issues, or network concerns. Individuals will apply advanced theoretical knowledge of computer science and engineering principles and concepts, as well as experience with Sharepoint applications to perform the duties of the position.

Job responsibilities and duties include:
1. Design, develop, and implement SharePoint-based solutions using .NET, ASP.NET, C#, and other programming languages;
2. Lead the design, development, and implementation of mission-critical applications using SharePoint Products and Technologies;
3. Integrate SharePoint solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications;
4. Monitor and analyze SharePoint server and application performance;
5. Ensure the security of SharePoint systems by setting up and managing user permissions;
6. Create technical documentation and user guides for new systems or updates;
7. Work with IT professionals, such as Database Administrators and Network Engineers, to ensure seamless integration with other systems;
8. Manage project timelines and deliverables;
9. Keep up with SharePoint updates and new technologies, and recommend their adoption where appropriate;
10. Test and debug SharePoint applications to ensure their functionality.

This position does not supervise any personnel or participate in any management decisions, nor does this position plan, direct or coordinate the activities of any personnel.

Minimum requirements: Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Application, or any related field of study and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in any related position(s) in which the
required experience was gained. Employer will accept foreign degree equivalency.

Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency, skill, experience, and knowledge with the following:
1. SharePoint 2007, 2010, 2013, SharePoint online, and third-party tools (custom web parts, event handlers, features, site definitions, package solutions and custom apps).
2. SQL, IIS, Windows Server, plus storage, network, and server technologies related to SharePoint.
3. Microsoft project online and workflow tools (K2 and Nintex).
4. SharePoint APIs and solution implementation best practices.
5. Monitor and manage patching requirements for the SharePoint Farm and Windows server.
6. Windows PowerShell.
7. Support SharePoint applications with Visual Studio, C#, and third party applications (Nintex, ShareGate, K2, Kwizcom, and UIPath).
8. Design and implement architecturally compliant system landscapes.

Work from home (WFH) benefit available; must be in the office 3 days per week.

Requires 25% domestic travel. Job duties are project-based and performed on long-term assignments at various unanticipated sites within the U.S. which may require relocation at the end
of each project.
