Technical Program Manager

ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY

The Technical Program Manager will lead and coordinate high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across the Customer Systems organization. In this role, you’ll operate at a strategic, 30,000-ft view while still diving into the detail when necessary. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of complex programs without direct ownership of the engineering resources.

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

  • Drive end-to-end program execution across platform initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
  • Own program planning, execution, and delivery, operating with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies — with a preference for strong Agile/SCRUM experience.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across multiple technical and non-technical teams, including product managers, platform teams, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
  • Act as a central hub for program visibility, identifying and resolving risks, dependencies, and roadblocks early.
  • Maintain a macro-level view of all moving parts across engineering, product, and program disciplines, ensuring cohesion and strategic alignment.
  • Serve as a SCRUM Master where needed, driving sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement in Agile practices.


KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management in platform or enterprise-level environments
    • Experience navigating complex organizational structures and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated success supporting large-scale, cross-functional programs involving multiple components and teams
    • Proven ability to manage without authority — building strong relationships and influence across organizational boundaries
  • Deep experience in Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban) with working knowledge of Waterfall where appropriate
